Blue Ridge Energy crews continue to respond to power outages as a result of the ongoing snow storm.
As of 10:30 am all Blue Ridge Energy line crews are restoring power to over 1,500 members: 1,012 in Watauga County; 200 in Ashe County; 193 in Caldwell; 135 in Alleghany 135; 6 in Wilkes and 3 in Avery.
Outages are scattered and due to high winds and heavy snow, according to Blue Ridge Energy
