* WHERE…In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In Virginia,Grayson County.
* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero couldresult in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…In addition to the cold, expect some lightsnow. Snow accumulations of an inch or two are possible,especially at the higher elevations across the western portions ofthe county.
