* WHEN…Until 700 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…– At 1248 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flooddeaths occur in vehicles.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which arepotentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross floodedroads. Find an alternate route.
