WHEN…From Thursday morning through Friday evening.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

As Tropical Storm Debby moves across the region, a prolongedperiod of rain, heavy at times, can be expected from Thursdaymorning through Friday. Rainfall amounts between 4 and 7inches are possible across the area by Friday night, withlocally higher amounts possible.
