  • WHERE…Portions of North Carolina, including the following areas,Alleghany NC, Ashe, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes and Yadkin andsouthwest Virginia, including the following areas, Carroll andGrayson.

  • WHEN…Through Tuesday evening.

  • IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas.
