IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop during the peak heatingpart of the day. Rainfall rates of 2 to 4 inches in an hourare possible, and this may lead to flash flooding if a stormlingers over an area for even a short amount of time.Repetitive rounds of rain may also lead to flash flooding.
