WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.
WHERE…Portions of North Carolina, including the followingcounties, Caswell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes andYadkin and Virginia, including the following counties, Halifax,Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania.
WHEN…Through Friday morning.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Thunderstorms along a stalled front are expected to result inrepeat heavy rainfall through this tonight. Additional heavyrain is possible with the remnants of tropical storm Arthurlate tonight and early Friday.
