  • WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.

  • WHERE…Portions of North Carolina, including the followingcounties, Caswell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes andYadkin and Virginia, including the following counties, Halifax,Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania.

  • WHEN…Through Friday morning.

  • IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  • Thunderstorms along a stalled front are expected to result inrepeat heavy rainfall through this tonight. Additional heavyrain is possible with the remnants of tropical storm Arthurlate tonight and early Friday.
