* WHAT…For the High Wind Warning, west winds 25 to 35 mph withgusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory, southwestwinds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected.
* WHERE…Avery, Yancey and Mitchell Counties.
* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 9AM EST Tuesday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST thisevening.
* IMPACTS…Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines.Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,especially for high profile vehicles.
