Strong wind gusts to 45 mph from the northwest are likely lateSunday night into Monday, which may result in a few downed trees andpower lines. A strong cold front will bring snow showers for Mondayinto early Tuesday. One to three inches of snowfall accumulation isincreasingly likely by dawn Tuesday along the higher ridges fromsoutheast West Virginia to northwest North Carolina, which mayresult in difficult travel conditions. Less than an inch ofaccumulation is likely elsewhere west of the Blue Ridge.
