This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest North Carolina,southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast WestVirginia.

.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.

Snow showers over the past couple of days have produced light snowaccumulations at the higher elevations, especially above 3000 ft. Inthese areas, untreated roads and surfaces may be snow covered, slickand hazardous this morning with temperatures well below freezing.Gusty winds may result in blowing snow in those locations thatexperienced more than an inch of snow.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday.

There is a chance for snow on Tuesday. Otherwise, the probabilityfor widespread hazardous weather is low at this time.
