This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,southwest Virginia and west central Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
There is a slight risk (level 2 of 4) for excessive rainfall thatmay lead to flash flooding tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday.
A risk for excessive rain is expected again Saturday and Saturdaynight. Potential for heavy rain will also have to be monitored earlynext week depending on the development and track of a tropical systemthat is expected to develop near the southeast Atlantic Coast.
