…INCREASED FIRE DANGER SATURDAY…

The combination of dry fuels, S-SW winds of 10 to 15 mph gustingto around 25 to 30 mph Saturday afternoon, and relative humidityvalues dropping to 30 to 35 percent will result in an increasedfire danger threat for areas east of the Blue Ridge, and NorthCarolina where a burn ban is currently in effect.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whetheryou may burn outdoors. If you do burn, use extreme caution sincefires can quickly grow out of control under these conditions.
