There is an increased threat of fires growing out of control onMonday due to a combination of low humidity around 30 percent orlower during the afternoon, northwest winds gusting above 20 mph,and dry fuels. These conditions will make it possible for fire tospread quickly.
Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged during this time. Pleaserefer to your local burn permitting authority on whether you canburn. If you do burn, use extreme caution and ensure firesuppression equipment is readily available.
