Visibilities will average a mile or so, but a few areaswill have visibilities reduced to under a quarter mile. This willbe especially true along Interstate 81 between Roanoke andMarion, Interstate 77 between Bland and Fancy Gap, and U.S. 221between Jefferson and Floyd.Those traveling should prepare for rapid reductions in visibility. Uselow beam headlights, slow down and allow for more brakingdistance.
