WHAT…For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chillsexpected. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the WinterWeather Advisory, snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.Temperatures will fall quickly leading to a flash freeze ofliquid on the ground as well.
WHERE…In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In WestVirginia, Western Greenbrier County.

IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardousconditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strongwinds could cause tree damage. The dangerously cold windchills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as10 minutes.
