WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Virginia andnorthwest North Carolina.
WHEN…Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
IMPACTS…Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges arepossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morningcommute.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Multiple vehicle accidents have beenreported across Watauga Co. this morning. Current US Hwy 421remains closed due to the icy conditions.
